Get a cost estimate — They can provide other options and price ranges so you can make an informed choice.
Find a provider — They may even refer you to clinical resources.
Schedule an appointment — They’ll call you once the appointment is scheduled based on your preferred timing. No more waiting on hold or waiting for a call back.
Coordinate care and manage complex medical conditions — They are prepared to advocate for you, guide you and walk with you through any procedure or condition, big or small.
Coordinate medical file requests — They’ll submit requests for your files. They’ll make lists of providers and resources. If you can think of it, there’s a good chance they can help you with it.
Resolve a billing issue — They’ll work with your doctor’s billing department. And you don’t have to wonder where the issue stands because they give you an update every few days until it’s resolved to your satisfaction.
